Project Overview
A home-grown supervised “play centre” for small children. Standing Space designed this as their second one in a repurposed retail unit.
Working alongside the play structures (provided by others), Standing Space designed a jungle themed reception/ information desk, café servery counter, plus layouts for party rooms, café, and a number of flexible spaces throughout the ground and first floor. The client installed all their own fitments and furnishings.
A great retail design project that was heaps of fun!

Design Challenges
The challenge for this project was to create defined areas such as an entrance, a café, retail spaces, toilets, and party areas that all synchronise with the play structures and fun spaces.
